All items are handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

🛒 Orders & Payments

• Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

⏳ Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

🚚 Shipping

• Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
• Once an order has been shipped, June Bug Homemade Crafts is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

🔁 Refunds & Remakes

• Refunds or remakes are only accepted for damaged items.
• To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.
• Approved refunds or remakes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
